able to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions through team execution - Demonstrated success applying predictive analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems - Expertise in end-to-end analytics lifecycle delivery, from problem framing and experimentation to deployment and monitoring - Working knowledge of big data ecosystems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), with the ability to make architectural and tooling decisions - Strong ability to provide strategic and authoritative analytical guidance to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions across all phases of development (design, validation, implementation, and monitoring) Leadership & Business Skills - Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs and analytics portfolios, driving alignment and execution across cross-functional stakeholders - Translate business strategy into clear, prioritized analytics and data science roadmaps, balancing impact, feasibility, and scalability - Strong people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing data science teams - Exceptional business acumen with the ability to operate effectively in complex, dynamic matrix organizations;
