Manager, IT Infrastructure
InforJoin a strategic IT leadership role at the center of APAC onsite operations. This position leads the Manila IT onsite team while overseeing remote IT staff across Singapore, China, Japan, and other ASEAN locations. The role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's hub strategy, ensuring operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, supporting executive stakeholders, and driving regional technology initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence IT operations at scale, contribute to AI and technology transformation programs, and partner with leaders across multiple business functions.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Leading IT onsite operations across Manila and supporting remote IT teams throughout ASEAN locations while ensuring consistent service delivery
- Building strong relationships with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across the region
- Managing and developing a team of approximately nine IT professionals, including performance management, coaching, and employee engagement activities
- Overseeing operational processes, policies, and escalation management for priority incidents and service disruptions
- Collaborating with global technology teams to lead regional and local IT projects, including AI, productivity, AV, and workplace technology initiatives
- Partnering with HR, Finance, Corporate Real Estate, development organizations, professional services teams, and executive stakeholders to support business objectives
- Representing IT leadership during executive visits, presentations, town halls, and technology demonstrations across the region
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience managing IT operations in a corporate or enterprise environment with responsibility for end-user technology services
- Experience leading and developing teams, including direct people management responsibilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and workplace technology environments
- Experience with hardware asset management and software asset management processes
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographic locations
- Experience leading regional or small-scale IT projects and initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting or driving AI enablement and adoption initiatives, including technologies such as Copilot
- Experience with audio-visual technologies and workplace collaboration solutions
- Experience working in a multi-country APAC or ASEAN IT organization
- Experience managing remote and highly tenured teams across multiple locations
- Experience presenting technology roadmaps, solutions, or IT capabilities to executive audiences
- Exposure to regional technology transformation programs and enterprise productivity initiatives
- Advanced project leadership experience overseeing cross-functional technology implementations
