POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Membership Growth Operations at Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) is instrumental in driving and executing strategic growth initiatives aimed at achieving EO's ambitious global expansion goals in line with the membership base long-term vision. This role provides essential support in project coordination, internal communications, membership processes, chapter launches, and cross-functional collaboration. It enables excellence in execution across EO’s global growth initiatives. With a foundation of prior strategic experience, the Manager brings critical institutional knowledge to deliver operational rigor, surface and socialize recruitment trends, and ensure EO’s regional growth activities are well-coordinated, aligned, and documented. This individual will serve as an integrator—connecting dots across teams and regions to enhance global visibility and coherence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cross-Regional Insight & Global Trend Monitoring Support and c ollaborate with the Growth Membership Managers across four global super-regions to review and synthesize monthly meeting notes by region. Support in identify ing recurring themes and trends, particularly regarding recruitment and co-investment plan crossover opportunities. Provide growth summaries and trend reports to senior growth leadership to inform decision-making and global alignment. Communication and Meeting Management Schedule, organize, and manage internal and external calls for the Growth Portfolio team when necessary. Create and manage Growth WhatsApp groups and other communication tools to streamline team interactions. Draft and distribute monthly newsletters and updates to internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. Support the logistics, content development, and coordination for EO growth-related events, including GLC and VCOT sessions. Membership Operations Support F irst point of contact for membership qualification and other membership inquiries. Track, update, oversee , and coordinate the application process for new members and prospects, ensuring alignment with EO’s membership standards. Provide operational support for all membership-related activities, including regional onboarding and training. Chapter Launch Coordination Support “Coming Soon” chapter development through application processing and launch preparation. Collaborate with regional staff, tech support, and administrative teams to ensure smooth chapter setup and integration. Project Coordination and Vendor Liaison Maintain project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and task lists for key growth initiatives. Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up communications to support team productivity. Manage external vendors as needed to ensure quality and timely deliverables for Growth Portfolio projects. Data Management and Reporting Conduct monthly audits and updates t o growth leadership . Design and manage surveys, feedback forms, and application reviews to support data-informed decision-making. Monitor engagement and application flow, highlighting areas for operational improvement and growth. Growth Portfolio Serve as the primary liaison for Leadership Development, fostering communication, alignment, and consistency among Recruitment, Member Engagement, and Accelerator Teams. Ensure that leadership development resources and initiatives are aligned with the overarching goals of EO's growth portfolio. Support the development of frameworks, processes, and models tailored for the growth leadership community to enhance organizational effectiveness. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support EO's overarching goals and initiatives related to growth and organizational expansion. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, a related field , or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role. 3 years of project management experience required, with a track record of successful project delivery. Proven track record of driving growth initiatives and achieving membership targets within membership-based organizations or associations is preferred. Experience in guiding cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Experience in event management, including handling program budgets and coordinating marketing efforts, is preferred. Ability to interact with entrepreneurs and stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and poise. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Superior writing and presentation skills, dedicated to providing outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders. Advanced skills in utilizing CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms to optimize recruitment strategies and track performance metrics. Collaborative self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and solution-based thinking. Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Comfort and proficiency in working across cultures, geographies, and time zones. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience using data analytics to drive growth and optimize recruitment strategies. Ability to travel as required to support regional and chapter growth initiatives.
