Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a manager – Merchandiser & Commercial for our leading client in the Retail Fashion & Apparel Industry.

📍 Location: Remote – Candidates from anywhere in Pakistan

💰 Salary: Market Competitive

💼 Experience: 7–8 years

🌍 Market Experience: International UK Retail Market experience is mandatory

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the merchandising critical path (CP) from start to finish.
• Ensure on-time intake, publishing, and stock availability.
• Identify critical path risks, propose corrective actions, and proactively mitigate risks to maximize profitability.
• Ensure all critical path data and reports are accurately updated on time.
• Maintain strong and effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and buying teams.
• Build strong relationships with buying teams and ensure timely sharing of all relevant information.
• Track and manage intake and publishing status, ensuring all actions are completed on time.
• Keep management fully updated on progress, risks, issues, and action plans.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and partners to ensure stock is published and available on time.
• Liaise with the Marketing team to align campaigns and activities with product intake.
• Conduct regular sales and performance analysis and translate data into actionable insights.
• Review weekly sales performance and recommend actions to maximize sales and reduce risks.
• Support seasonal activities including re-coding, re-shooting, promotions, debits, and partner updates.
• Work closely with partners to maximize sales opportunities and commercial potential.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, reports, and performance trackers.
• Continuously review and improve systems, processes, and reporting to drive efficiency.
• Take end-to-end ownership of tasks and ensure successful completion, even when responsibilities are delegated to other team members.
• Assist in trade show planning and coordination.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure they are fully prepared for incoming stock, outgoing stock, priorities, and required actions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, processes, and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Merchandising, Commercial Operations, Critical Path Management, Retail Fashion, and Apparel.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with the UK retail market and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, partners, buying teams, and commercial processes effectively.
