Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow client social media channels by planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms. This contract, remote role involves developing social media strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

The specialist will also be responsible for WhatsApp Marketing and Email Marketing, including creating promotional campaigns, managing customer communication, preparing engaging messages and email content, maintaining contact lists, and tracking campaign performance to improve customer engagement and conversions.

The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and clients to align content and marketing campaigns with brand guidelines and business goals. Daily tasks include community management, social listening, social media scheduling, WhatsApp and email campaign management, performance reporting, analyzing key marketing analytics, and staying updated with the latest platform trends, tools, and best practices.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Campaign Management, Analytics, and Digital Marketing, with the ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing for various platforms and audiences.
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, basic visual design, and adapting content to different channels.
• Strong Marketing and Communication skills to translate business objectives into clear, compelling social media messages.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights).
• Solid understanding of paid social campaigns, targeting, and A/B testing is an advantage.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote, contract environment.
• Prior agency or multi-client experience and familiarity with ROI-focused advertising are preferred.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
