- Draft and review Functional Design Documents related to local integrations, reports, output documents and technical customizations;
- Collaborate with technical teams as the functional point of reference to ensure the correct translation of business and regulatory requirements into application solutions;
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to validate financial reports, output documents and localization settings against local requirements;
- Support the preparation and localization of test scenarios and test scripts in English, including scenarios addressing country-specific Finance requirements;
- Participate in SIT and UAT activities, supporting defect analysis, issue prioritization and resolution of functional problems;
- Guide and support local Key Users during the User Acceptance Testing phase, providing functional clarifications and coordination with the project team;
- Support data migration validation activities, verifying master data, open balances, completeness, accuracy and consistency with local requirements;
- Plan, prepare and coordinate remote training and enablement activities for end-users, preparing training materials and support sessions;
- Provide remote support during Go-Live and Post Go-Live phases, with a particular focus on daily financial operations, period-end and month-end closing;
- Monitor the progress of local activities, reporting milestones, risks, issues and corrective actions;
- Act as a functional point of contact for local Finance users, ensuring clear communication with the global team in English;
- Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, technical teams and functional streams, participating in regular meetings and providing structured status updates.
