Manager of Client Legal - Corporate Services Location: Luxembourg Job type: Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office Hours: Full-time, 40h/week The salary range for this specific role will be € 80.000 – € 90.000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework. Some of the things you’ll be doing: Managing and developing a team of 3–4 Legal & Corporate Services professionals. Allocating work, setting priorities, and overseeing team delivery. Reviewing team outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Coaching team members and supporting performance management activities. Acting as escalation point for technical, operational, and client matters. Overseeing a portfolio of SPVs, including AML/KYC requirements. Reviewing and approving legal and corporate documentation prepared by the team. Overseeing transaction closings, restructurings, and liquidations. Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors, and CSC group companies. Reviewing and approving team timesheets. Supporting process improvements and risk mitigation. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? More than 6 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution Team leading skills Master's degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent Knowledge of EU Funds investment area A team player in international environment Professional, friendly demeanor Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible Strong organizational and time management skills Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills Fluent in English both written and spoken
