Manager of Net Revenue

• Reimbursement Systems & Settlement Management: Develop, implement, and maintain systems for third-party reimbursement calculations, evaluating monthly settlements alongside annual filings.
• Cost Reporting & Audit Support: Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide direct support throughout regulatory audits.
• Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner collaboratively across regional departments and ministries to execute and align net revenue management activities.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead staff lifecycle management, including hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating team performance.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences:

• 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital setting.
