Job Location: This position is primarily remote; however, travel will be required, with an estimated travel commitment of approximately 35%. Clearance: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance. Job Description: Blake Willson Group is seeking an experienced Real Property Lead to oversee real property remediation, audit readiness, and inventory reconciliation for a federal program. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, ensuring compliance with federal real property regulations, and improving the accuracy and integrity of real property records. This role will provide technical leadership, oversee remediation activities, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure real property data remains accurate, compliant, and audit ready. In this position, you will also: Lead daily execution of real property remediation activities to improve the accuracy, completeness, traceability, and auditability of federal real property records. Oversee data cleansing, validation, documentation remediation, inventory reconciliation, and modernization efforts across federal and state real property systems. Supervise analysts, technicians, and field personnel by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance on federal real property requirements. Ensure compliance with federal real property regulations, including proper classification, valuation, documentation, and financial reporting of real property assets. Validate source documentation, including DD Forms, deeds, site plans, and as-built drawings, ensuring complete traceability to system records. Lead audit remediation activities by resolving audit findings, documentation deficiencies, and Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) while supporting existence and completeness testing. Oversee updates within GFEBS Real Property, RPLANS, ISR, BUILDER, and related systems to ensure synchronized and accurate property inventories. Execute the Quality Control Plan (QCP), implement corrective actions, and ensure deliverables meet Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) metrics and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) expectations. Coordinate with Government stakeholders, including the KO, COR, NGB, CFMO, and state real property offices, providing status updates, issue resolution, and technical guidance. Support system modernization, data migration, and continuous process improvement initiatives that strengthen audit readiness and operational efficiency. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience supporting federal real property programs, including inventory management, remediation, reconciliation, and compliance with federal real property regulations. 4+ years of experience working with federal real property systems while ensuring data accuracy, documentation traceability, and audit readiness. 4+ years of experience leading teams, supporting audit remediation efforts, implementing quality control processes, and coordinating with Government stakeholders in a federal environment. Desired Skills: Professional certification related to project management, facilities management, asset management, or financial management. Knowledge of federal real property regulations, including the AR 405 Series, DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), and UFC/UFGS standards. Experience supporting FIAR initiatives, internal controls, and DoD audit readiness efforts. Experience leading data modernization, system migration, or enterprise data synchronization initiatives. Familiarity with federal real property operations and 54-state organizational structure. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
