Description Position at LHH (Global) Manager, Sales Development Strategic Growth - LHH CTM North America The Manager, Strategic Sales Development CT&M will lead the incubation, execution, and scale-up of strategic sales development initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. This role is responsible for launching new go-to-market motions, establishing repeatable operating models, and building future Strategic SDR teams that support LHH's highest-priority growth initiatives. Initially, the Manager will operate as a player-coach, personally leading early execution while designing the strategy, processes, and operating model that will ultimately scale into dedicated teams. This role serves as the incubation engine for LHH's next generation of Strategic Sales Development programs. Rather than inheriting an existing team, the Manager is responsible for identifying high-growth opportunities, launching new revenue motions, validating their success, and scaling them into dedicated Strategic SDR organizations. Over time, this role will evolve into leading a specialized team supporting LHH's most strategic growth initiatives. R eporting Relationship s : Reports to the Director, Sales Development – LHH CTM North America Direct Reports: May lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) Location : North America - Remote Travel: 10% travel. Mostly domestic but some international travel may be required. Language: English is required. Any additional language is a plus. In this role you can expect to Build and Launch New Strategic Revenue Programs Lead the design, execution, and optimization of strategic outbound programs supporting new growth initiatives. Develop prospecting strategies, messaging, account prioritization, and engagement workflows for emerging business motions. Define KPIs, success metrics, reporting, and operating cadences. Capture insights and continuously improve programs before scaling. Project Apex Lead the launch and operational execution of Project Apex, LHH's strategic new logo acquisition model. Personally execute outbound prospecting during the pilot phase while refining the playbook for future Strategic SDRs. Partner with Business Developers to build coordinated account plans and uncover whitespace opportunities. Validate the operating model and prepare the program for expansion into dedicated Strategic SDR pods. Global Account Transition Lead the transition of Global Account Director accounts to Country Business Developers. Design the account assignment methodology, transition framework, communications plan, and governance model. Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful execution while maximizing customer experience and pipeline creation. Build the Strategic SDR Function Develop the long-term vision for Strategic SDR teams supporting priority growth businesses, including ICEO, CDM, and future strategic initiatives. Build business cases, hiring plans, organizational design, and operating models for future expansion. Recruit, onboard, coach, and lead Strategic SDRs as the organization scales. Establish best practices, onboarding, enablement, and performance standards for the function. Strategic Leadership Partner with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Marketing, and Operations leaders to identify new revenue opportunities. Recommend new outbound motions based on market insights and business priorities. Present program performance, recommendations, and scaling plans to executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree, proven success as an SDR, and 2+ years of relevant sales leadership experience as an SDR Manager or Sales Leader. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year plus commission that is based upon a comprehensive compensation plan. Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
