Apply Description SoftBank Robotics America (SBRA) is a leader in Physical AI and autonomous solutions. We help organizations transform operations through robotics, automation, data, and intelligent workflows. We are an orchestrator of outcomes, not a hardware manufacturer. Customers choose us for the operating layer around the robot, for our service density, the SBR Connect platform, and the uptime that keeps automation programs running at scale. We work directly with customers and through a national network of distribution and channel partners. Together we deliver measurable business outcomes across technology, service, customer success, and operational expertise. We are seeking a Manager, Smart Infrastructure & Digital Real Estate Transformation to help build and scale a growing enterprise offering focused on smart infrastructure, facilities management, corporate real estate technology, workplace experience, and digital operations. This role will support strategic client development and delivery for large enterprise clients, helping translate complex business needs into actionable solution architectures, scopes of work, technology deployment plans, vendor strategies, business cases, KPIs, and value realization models. The ideal candidate has a consulting background or consulting toolkit, strong real estate technology fluency, experience deploying technology in large enterprise or campus environments, and the ability to quantify the value of digital investments. This person should bring credibility across corporate real estate, facilities, workplace, IT, procurement, vendors, and site operations. Key Responsibilities Support client discovery, opportunity shaping, and solution development. Design practical solution architectures for smart infrastructure, workplace technology, facilities systems, data, and vendor platforms. Translate client needs into scopes of work, workplans, roadmaps, deployment plans, and delivery models. Assess corporate real estate, facilities, workplace, and smart infrastructure environments. Evaluate technology vendors, solution providers, platforms, and implementation partners. Build business cases, quantify digital investment impact, define KPIs, establish baselines, and track value realization. Support development of MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, governance models, and operating rhythms. Manage client workstreams across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Build repeatable templates, playbooks, and delivery frameworks for future growth. Requirements 6-10+ years of experience in consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace technology, smart buildings, PropTech, digital transformation, or infrastructure technology. Experience working with enterprise clients or large corporate environments. Understanding of real estate and facilities technology categories such as IWMS, CMMS/EAM, BMS/BAS, IoT, occupancy analytics, energy platforms, workplace experience platforms, data/reporting tools, or managed service models. Experience with solution architecture, technology deployment, vendor evaluation, business case development, KPI design, and value tracking. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Professional network across enterprise real estate, facilities, workplace, solution providers, vendors, integrators, or PropTech ecosystem partners. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-stage environment. Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Preferred Background Prior manager-level role at Deloitte, Accenture, EY, PwC, KPMG, Slalom, JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, or a comparable consulting/advisory environment. Experience leading or supporting digital real estate, workplace technology, facilities transformation, smart campus, or PropTech strategy inside a major enterprise such as a large technology company, energy company, retailer, media company, financial institution, or global campus operator. Experience with SOWs, MSAs, KPIs, SLAs, governance models, RFI/RFPs, vendor scorecards, deployment planning, and change management. Why Join SBRA? Opportunity to help define the next generation of Physical AI and enterprise automation. Work with some of North America’s largest and most innovative organizations, and with a national ecosystem of distribution and channel partners. Access to an industry-leading ecosystem of technology, service, customer success, and strategic partners. A role that combines direct enterprise selling with channel growth, with room to shape how both scale. Be part of a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, growth, and continuous improvement. Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, health benefits, retirement programs, and additional incentive opportunities. Significant opportunity for career growth as SBRA continues to expand its enterprise and channel business. At SoftBank Robotics America, we believe successful automation programs require more than great technology. They require the right strategy, service, customer success, and execution. Our mission is to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes through intelligent automation and Physical AI at scale. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status under applicable law.
