We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of our next generation of products. As a Manager, Software Engineering iOS, you will lead and manage a scrum team of highly skilled iOS developers and be responsible for designing, building, and delivering medical grade mobile applications and SDKs. This role involves taking ownership and delivering features on time with quality and the support from cross functional teams. Candidates should be a technical leader with experience in leading teams, coaching engineers and delivering production-quality software. Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Scrum teams of iOS software developers both local and remote Engage in early stages of development to create/refine/review requirements and specifications Work with product managers and architects to understand requirements and system design and lead the engineering team to decompose them into low-level software design and components An excellent team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in scoping, prioritizing, planning, designing and execution.
