SALES MANAGER


La persona entrerà a far parte di un contesto multinazionale strutturato, dinamico e in forte evoluzione, assumendo la responsabilità di un team di Sales Representative attivo nel territorio del Nord-Est Italia.

Il ruolo offre l’opportunità di guidare un team commerciale in una fase importante di evoluzione del modello di vendita, con una crescente attenzione allo sviluppo di nuovo business, alla valorizzazione del portafoglio clienti e all'utilizzo di strumenti e metodologie commerciali strutturate.

Cerchiamo un Sales Manager con una solida esperienza nel settore software, capace di combinare orientamento ai risultati, leadership delle persone e presenza sul territorio. La persona avrà un impatto diretto sia sulla crescita del business sia sullo sviluppo professionale del team.

Responsabilità:


  • Guidare, motivare e sviluppare un team di Sales Representative attraverso coaching, mentoring e affiancamento sul campo.
  • Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali del territorio e del team.
  • Supportare il team nello sviluppo di nuovo business e nell'acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
  • Promuovere una cultura commerciale orientata alla nuova acquisizione, trasferendo al team metodologie, strumenti e best practice di hunting.
  • Garantire una gestione efficace del portafoglio clienti attraverso attività di retention, upselling e cross-selling.
  • Monitorare pipeline, forecast e KPI commerciali assicurando visibilità e controllo del business.
  • Garantire l'utilizzo strutturato del CRM come strumento centrale di gestione delle opportunità e delle performance.
  • Analizzare i risultati commerciali e definire azioni correttive e piani di miglioramento.
  • Supportare la crescita professionale delle persone attraverso feedback continui e sviluppo delle competenze.
  • Collaborare con il management e con le altre funzioni aziendali per l'esecuzione delle strategie di business.

Requisiti:


Esperienza e competenze commerciali:


  • Esperienza consolidata nella vendita B2B di software, applicativi gestionali o soluzioni SaaS.
  • Track record comprovato nello sviluppo di nuovo business e nell’acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
  • Esperienza nella gestione dell’intero ciclo di vendita.
  • Solida capacità di gestione di pipeline, forecast e KPI commerciali.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di CRM per la gestione del business e delle opportunità.
  • Forte capacità di analisi e controllo delle performance commerciali.

Leadership e People Management:


  • Esperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di team commerciali.
  • Capacità di coaching, mentoring e sviluppo delle persone.
  • Leadership orientata ai risultati e alla crescita del team.
  • Capacità di gestire performance differenti, valorizzando il potenziale delle persone.
  • Attitudine a creare un ambiente collaborativo, positivo e ad alte prestazioni.

Competenze personali:


  • Forte orientamento ai risultati.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e negoziali.
  • Mentalità imprenditoriale e approccio proattivo.
  • Metodo, organizzazione e capacità di definire priorità.
  • Capacità di operare in contesti dinamici e in evoluzione.
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.

Requisiti preferenziali:


  • Esperienza nei mercati degli Studi Professionali e/o delle PMI.
  • Provenienza da aziende SaaS, software house o system integrator.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team con responsabilità sia di nuova acquisizione sia di sviluppo del portafoglio clienti.
  • Laurea in discipline STEM o Economiche.
