Manager Supply Chain ngCoreERP

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead Supply Chain SAP team, with strong experience both in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana. This role focuses on leading Supply Chain domain S/4 Hana deployments across multiple countries, at same time ensuring legacy ERP systems must have enhancements. The position combines SAP functional expertise in Supply Chain domain, people management, suppliers management, business stakeholders relationship.

• Leading S/4 Hana deployment across the Supply domain, ensuring successful business transformation & process standardization and People Manager
• Leading S/4 Hana roll out across multiple countries, business units and deployment waves, ensuring successful delivery of scope, quality, and business outcomes. Managing risks, dependencies, and issues resolution.
• Building trusted relationships with Business Leaders across Supply domain, translating business strategy into SAP-enabled capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Senior functional expert of SAP ECC and S/4 Hana within Supply Domain, leading solution design (minimizing customization), process optimization, and migration from ECC to S/4.
• Leading relationships with large scale suppliers; managing their performance
• Enhancements and new functionalities across all ERP systems (4 ECCs, 1 S/4 Hana)

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of experience in IT with focus on SAP ECC and S/4Hana technologies, including at least two full life-cycle implementations.
• Experience in managing business process mapping, re-engineering, and gap analysis.
• People Manager experience
• Experience working in global enterprise environments.
• Proficient in designing and configuring SAP Supply Chain solutions, strong skills in integrating the SAP system with other ecosystems.

Nice to Have

• SAP Certification (Functional and/or Technical)
• Expertise in customizing SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of Fiori apps and role design for Fiori.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
