WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, transition, and closure
• Manage governance, plans, roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners
• Facilitate governance forums, workshops, stakeholder reviews, and agile ceremonies
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Define and align requirements, scope, and deliverables with business objectives
• Oversee vendor management, change management, communications, deployment, and operational transition
• Drive continuous improvement, portfolio transparency, and execution excellence

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a complex global environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and governance practices
• Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience supporting R&D, scientific, laboratory, healthcare, or other regulated environments would be an asset
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions/project delivery and/or PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum, or equivalent certification would be an asset
