The Manager of Training and Enablement is responsible for leading and directing the training program that involves complex and critical business processes and systems. This role is responsible for engaging and collaborating with customers to develop comprehensive training programs, bolstering adoption, and driving customers to success. The position will collaborate with Implementation, Support, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success. This role is remote with the ability to travel up to 15% to our customers nationwide and attend occasional on-site internal meetings, as required. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following: Executes on the strategic vision of the training program, aligning the program development to industry leading training methodologies and maintaining a best-in-class program Directs MDaudit customer facing and internal training and enablement programs to drive customer adoption and utilization Designs and develops eLearning modules that support product features and customer training needs, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with MDaudit standards and learning objectives Provides one-on-one training and consulting services to clients to accelerate product adoption, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and customize training approaches to meet specific organizational needs Executes on the expansion of Optimization Menu of Services and collaboration with Customer Experience (CE) and Marketing to drive adoption. Collaborates across CE to identify module and client risk and creates training opportunities to deflect and reengage Leveraging NPS/Voice of the Customer to build strategic customer relationships to impact Customer Experience Designs and coordinates onsite training opportunities, specifically Training Academy and Train the Trainer and onsite Go Live and Post Live Optimization programs with the given strategic vision Maintains and drives vision of our LEARN (LMS) platform, evolving to meet the needs of new products and services Drives Training team to meet or exceed Revenue Generating goals annually Demonstrates product Subject Matter Expertise and ensures training team is exhibiting high level of service delivery to customers Conducts need assessments quarterly analyzes and identifies methodologies to improve existing training offerings for Training and Implementation and materials as necessary Evaluates program effectiveness via customer satisfaction and NPS surveys, and evolves to keep with quality standards Demonstrates expertise in our product, value proposition, industry, and best practices to drive customers’ success on our platform Drives team metrics and goals Ensures classrooms, workshops, and optimizations are delivered based on organizational needs (assists where needed) Improve team performance through mentoring and coaching Required skills Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills Service delivery (consulting, training) experience with a SaaS company in the enterprise (B2B) space Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency to deliver and a bias for action Ability to resolve problems independently Strong organizational skills Ability to employ sound judgment in order to prioritize needs and tasks Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Ability to concurrently manage multiple, complex projects with high quality results Ability to be flexible and respond positively in dynamic environments Ability to collaborate with interdepartmentally and with customers to effectively create training programs Demonstrated ability to integrate business and operational processes with technical solutions Ability to transfer specialized compliance auditing and workflow knowledge to current MDaudit business needs Hands-on experience with compliance, coding and auditing, practice management or clinical technology systems A solid understanding of healthcare information systems and practice management or clinical technology systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Education and Experience Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience 5 years of training experience and leading Experience building and maintaining eLearnings Experience launching and scaling a Learning Management System (LMS) Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training task analysis, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation 3 years demonstrated project management experience 5 years of experience in healthcare setting Compliance; billing; auditing, coding, accounting (hospital or professional) Oversight of information systems-based projects Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite Salary Description $115,000 - $130,000
