How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As part of the Group Human Resources, you will lead the evaluation, intake, and prioritisation of global training requests, determining opportunities for standardisation, globalisation or local adaptation
- You will design and oversee scalable learning solutions, frameworks, and curricula that support functional, technical, compliance, and operational capability development across multiple countries
- This involves driving the introduction, testing and scaling of modern learning methods, including AI enabled learning, digital formats and blended learning approaches
- You will lead the organisation’s global employee listening strategy, including the design, administration, and governance of employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gather actionable workforce insights and support business objectives
- As part of your responsibilities, you will partner with relevant teams to analyse employee feedback data and trends, develop executive-level insights and recommendations; partner with local HR and business leaders to drive targeted action plans that enhance employee experience, engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness
- In addition, you will drive global HR transformation and transition to a new operating model by building robust global capabilities that seamlessly translate strategic priorities into meaningful and measurable learning outcomes
- This includes partnering with international committees, departments, and local HR teams to identify needs and ensure solutions address critical business priorities
- As a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, you´ll serve by delivering expertise in instructional design, training and development, employee engagement and employee listening strategies
- You will act as the liaison between global learning and development and IT to support the configuration of global solutions (learning management system, employee listening tools, etc.)
- You will manage global L&D budgets, vendor governance, and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective delivery and adherence to approved vendor engagement standards
- Ensuring quality, impact and continuous improvement of all assigned programs through clear governance, feedback loops and outcome-based evaluation are also part of your tasks
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a university degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have several years of hands-on managerial experience in People Leadership, Talent Management, Culture Development and/or Learning & Development
- You have excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- You bring proficiency in digital learning technologies and platforms (e-learning, LMS, virtual training tools)
- You excel in communication and strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- You navigate change effectively by guiding the team with resilience, adaptability, and a global mindset
- You are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Workday experience is a plus
