Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Manager-Level Consultant to join our Treasury Practice Group. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant or corporate treasury professional with a passion for leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions across treasury operations, technology, and strategy. As a Manager, you will serve as the engagement lead for client projects, ensuring successful execution of deliverables, while coaching junior team members and supporting business development efforts.

Required Skills:

• Established professional network of industry contacts and relationships that can be leveraged to support business development, client engagement, and recruiting efforts.
• Deep understanding of treasury operations, TMS system implementation experience (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP), and banking services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across corporate treasury functions including cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, payments, in-house banking, bank connectivity, TMS selection and implementation, and financial risk management.
• Manage project plans, teams, and client communications to ensure high-quality and on-time deliverables.
• Contribute to practice growth by developing proposals, expanding existing client relationships, and mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience building complex Business Intelligence reporting using tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to complete client deliverables/solutions.

Desired Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in treasury consulting and/or corporate treasury
• Demonstrated success leading treasury-related projects or functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including delivering presentations and communicating well with clients in writing and verbally, as well as advising and building relationships with senior client personnel.
• Advanced Excel & VBA.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.

CFA or CTP certification is preferred.
