Now they’re looking for someone to take an already exceptional platform and help scale it towards its next chapter.
They operate globally across PE-backed SaaS and are now looking for someone to sit alongside the founders and help scale the business towards £6.5m GP.
It’s about developing high performers, leading senior pitches, driving strategic client growth and taking genuine ownership of how the business scales.
🏆 £512k average GP per consultant
🏆 £60k average fee
🏆 Retained & exclusive C-Suite only
💰 £120k–£150k base (DOE)
💰 £50k performance bonus
📈 £500k+ equity on next exit
🏠 Fully remote | London once a month
You could currently be a Director, MD, Partner within professional recruitment.
You do need to be commercial, credible, great with people and hungry for a bigger seat at the table.
