With a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and an established healthcare market research practice, they’re looking for a Managing Director to lead that business unit, driving growth while making a meaningful impact across clients, people, strategy, and commercial performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and inspire a small team
- Drive the growth and evolution of the healthcare insights practice
- Own the P&L and overall business performance
- Bring a hands-on mindset, contributing to research and project delivery when required
What You'll Bring
- A mixed-methods research background with the ability to remain hands-on, contributing to qualitative and quantitative research design, execution, and analysis when needed.
- Leadership experience within a healthcare market research agency or consultancy
- A track record of growing client relationships and developing new business
- Experience leading and developing high-performing research teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of financial performance or P&L responsibility
- The credibility to partner with senior clients while inspiring teams internally

Salary - up to $230k + bonus depending on skills and experience
