Job Title: Head of US Operations Location: New York City Reports To: Group CEO/Board About Insignia Group of Companies Insignia is a leading global provider of elite lifestyle management, concierge services, and financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals. With an established presence in key global markets, Insignia delivers bespoke experiences, premium services, and exclusive access to its discerning clientele. We are now expanding our global footprint and are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to establish and grow our operations in the United States. Position Overview We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of US to launch, build, and lead our US operations. This is a pivotal leadership role for an individual with a strategic mindset, hands-on execution ability, and deep understanding of the US luxury, concierge, and financial services markets. As the first employee in the region, the Head of US will act as the primary representative of the Insignia brand in the US, responsible for market entry strategy, regulatory and legal compliance, commercial partnerships, team building, client acquisition, and full P&L accountability. Key Responsibilities Market Entry & Strategy Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the US, aligned with Insignia’s global vision. Conduct market research to identify key opportunities, competitors, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Define and oversee legal entity establishment, licensing, and compliance in relevant US jurisdictions. Leadership & Team Building Build and lead a high-performing US team across sales, operations, customer experience, and support functions. Establish a strong, performance-driven culture aligned with Insignia’s values and standards. Set up operational infrastructure including office location, technology systems, and vendor partnerships. Business Development & Client Acquisition Drive client acquisition efforts targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate partners. Build and maintain strategic relationships with luxury brands, financial institutions, and service providers. Represent Insignia at key industry events, conferences, and private gatherings to elevate brand presence. Operations & P&L Management Manage full P&L for US operations, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability. Ensure operational excellence and adherence to global service standards. Collaborate with global leadership and departments (marketing, finance, legal, tech) to ensure alignment. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all US operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Mitigate risks associated with expansion, including reputational, financial, and operational risks. Required Qualifications Proven track record (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, ideally within luxury services, concierge, private banking, fintech, or lifestyle management sectors. Demonstrated experience building and scaling a business from the ground up. Deep knowledge of US regulatory landscape relevant to financial or concierge services. Strong network within high-net-worth circles, luxury partnerships, or private banking. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to building operations. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
