Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership regarding market dynamics and future growth opportunities.
Develop and implement business plans that support profitable growth and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and regional teams.
Drive regional growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue attainment.
Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate across matrixed teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and a culture of accountability.
Travel throughout the region to strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within an MSP or related technology services environment.
Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience, including leadership of leaders.
Strong business acumen with proven strategic planning and operational leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing service delivery organizations.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and change management skills.
Process improvement and performance optimization experience; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Executive presence with a proven ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels.
Working Conditions
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
Ability to travel regularly and work outside normal business hours when necessary.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.
Ability to operate standard office technology and equipment
