About the Role

We’re looking for fluent Mandarin and English speakers to join a paid training program leading to a fully remote, full-time interpreter position.

No previous interpretation experience is required. Successful candidates will receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to work with a major U.S. client.

Training Program

The 3-week training program is designed to prepare candidates for live interpretation.

- 2 hours of live training per day, 7:00 AM–9:00 AM California time

- 5 hours of paid homework and assignments each day

- Total: 7 paid hours per day / 35 hours per week

- Training is fully paid

Requirements

- Fluent in English

- Fluent in Mandarin

- Strong communication skills

- Reliable internet connection

- Professional and positive attitude

- Comfortable working remotely

- Available for a full-time schedule starting at 7:00 AM California time

- No prior interpretation experience required

Hiring Process

1. Submit your resume.

2. Your profile will be reviewed and submitted to the client.

3. Complete an English fluency test.

4. Candidates who pass the English test will complete a Mandarin fluency test.

The tests are designed to evaluate language fluency and communication ability.

English Test Instructions

- Use a laptop or desktop computer only.

- Do not use a mobile phone or tablet.

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

- Follow all test instructions carefully.

- Close all other applications, websites, and browser tabs.

- The testing system may automatically disqualify candidates who open other applications or websites.

- Keep a pen and paper available for taking notes.

- Use English only during the test.

- Demonstrate a strong vocabulary and communicate using complete, detailed sentences.
