Join our dynamic, collaborative Talent Acquisition team and make a real impact. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will inspire and develop recruiters, champion an exceptional candidate experience, and partner with business leaders as a trusted advisor. You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategies, drive recruitment excellence, and help build high-performing teams that support Worldwide's continued growth and success.
What you will do
- Lead and continuously enhance Worldwide's global recruitment strategy, processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring exceptional performance and delivery across multiple regions.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to anticipate hiring needs and deliver proactive talent solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, innovative sourcing strategies, and recruitment expertise.
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience that strengthens Worldwide's employer brand and attracts top talent.
- Lead recruitment for senior and business-critical positions, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation.
- Leverage recruitment data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has the resources, tools, and development opportunities needed to succeed.
- Oversee recruitment systems and technologies, ensuring they evolve to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external recruitment partners, maximizing value and supporting long-term hiring success.
What you will bring to the role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across functions, both internally and externally
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to drive the recruitment process, act assertively, and build credibility as a trusted advisor
- The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
- Good business acumen and strong critical-thinking skills
Your experience
- A degree or equivalent experience, together with 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- At least 2+ years of experience managing recruiters, ideally within a global company
- Experience working in a CRO environment is advantageous, although not essential
- Demonstrated experience motivating and leading others
