Manual QA Tester

What You'll do: - Execute manual test cases to validate software quality and functional requirements; - Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing; - Identify, document, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle; - Analyze requirements and ensure adequate test coverage; - Create and maintain test cases and test plans in quality management tools; - Collaborate with developers and Business Analysts to resolve issues; - Ensure the delivery of a consistent and error-free user experience; - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices; - Hybrid work model; Who You Are: - Bachelors degree plus Masters degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience; - ISTQB Certification or similar; - Experience in manual test case creation and execution; - Experience in functional testing; - Experience in regression and exploratory testing; - Experience in defect reporting and tracking; - Experience in requirements analysis; - Experience in test documentation; - Experience in manual API testing; - Experience with quality management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.); - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; - Knowledge of QA best practices and standards; - Strong communication and collaboration skills; - Knowledge of test automation (nice to have); - Fluent in English;  What youll get: - Wage according to candidate's professional experience; - Remote Work whenever possible; - Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; - Benefits plan; - And others.
