Manual QA Tester | Warsaw / Hybrid | ASAP Start

We're currently looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester to join a long-term project within an international enterprise environment.

Warsaw – hybrid (office presence only 2–3 times per month, depending on project needs)

Start: ASAP

Long-term opportunity – 12+ months

What you'll be doing:

• Creating and executing test cases, scenarios and test scripts
• Performing Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT and Smoke Testing
• Analysing business requirements, specifications and user stories
• Identifying, tracking and verifying defects
• Working closely with development and business teams
• Supporting re-testing and release validation
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of software testing experience
• Strong hands-on Manual Testing background
• Good understanding of STLC / SDLC
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Functional & Regression Testing experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum
• Good English communication skills

Nice to have:

• API testing – Postman / SoapUI
• Automation exposure – Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
• ISTQB certification
• Experience within the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
