Manual QA Testers (Mid × 4, Senior × 2)

Description

We’re looking for 4 mid-level and 2 senior-level manual QA testers to join a project at one of Greece’s major banks.

Qualifications

• Mid-level candidates: 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Senior-level candidates: 5+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Ability to interpret complex functional specifications and develop test plans and test cases
• Experience documenting and tracking defects in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and business teams
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Work Conditions

• Employment Type: This is a full-time position for candidates who are based in Athens. Both employees and independent contractors (freelancers) are welcome to apply. The contract will be directly with our client; Rational Data is only supporting the recruitment effort.
• Location: This is a hybrid role with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote at offices in Athens (Cholargos).
• Working Days: Aligned with the standard Greek work schedule.
