Identify, document, and track software defects in a structured manner. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve identified issues. Perform regression testing to validate that recent code changes have not adversely affected existing features. Participate in test planning and review meetings to contribute insights from a quality assurance perspective. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings clearly.
