Strong understanding of electrical power distribution equipment and manufacturing processes. Experience supporting mission-critical or high-reliability products (data center, industrial, or infrastructure preferred). Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
