In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Apply technical expertise in the production of products. Select, design or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment. Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and cost. Recommend design changes to increase quality or reduce problems and costs. Solve production problems and improve process capabilities. Participate in the presentation of test results and design reviews. Interact with other functional groups, vendors, or customers. Participate in the administration of technical procedures. Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations. Support capacity model and lean initiatives. May participate in lean six sigma improvement teams. May interact with teammates in numerous global locations May be required to travel to other Emerson factories in the United States, China, Romania, and Mexico Who You Are: You balance planning with actions.
