Manufacturing Engineer

YIBI Precision provides MIM and precision metal component solutions for global industrial customers across tools, security hardware, sensors, electronics, automotive, and related sectors.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for remote, project-based collaboration. The role will connect product requirements with scalable manufacturing and help evaluate production risks for complex precision metal components.

Responsibilities:

• Review component designs for manufacturability
• Advise on process planning, tooling, tolerances, and mass-production risks
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and process stability
• Share insights into European industrial manufacturing requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering
• Familiarity with precision metal components, machining, forming, MIM, or powder metallurgy
• Strong understanding of DFM and production problem-solving
• Professional English communication skills
