We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Pressure Management team in Cluj-Napoca. In this role, you will support manufacturing activities for our gas pressure reduction equipment portfolio, ensuring technical accuracy, product quality, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support production transfers, maintain engineering and production data, and help drive manufacturing excellence in a dynamic international environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Review customer orders, quotations, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, product data sheets, and engineering records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements, project execution, and production activities. Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), ERP master data, databases, and reporting tools. Define technical solutions and evaluate associated manufacturing and product costs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and process optimization. Support manufacturing transfers, new equipment implementation, and the development of work instructions and production processes. Contribute to quality, safety, and compliance activities, including audits, corrective actions, and manufacturing excellence programs. Who You Are: You are an analytical and solution-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You communicate effectively, build strong partnerships across teams, and take ownership of challenges while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education, with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical role. Good understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and product engineering principles. Experience working with CAD software and engineering-related tools. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, along with solid PC proficiency. Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams. A solution-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience within a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Exposure to continuous improvement or productivity enhancement initiatives. Experience supporting audits and implementing corrective actions. Familiarity with ERP systems and production-related databases.
