This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for master data harmonization (time studies, routings) across ContiTech. The position will guide cross-functional initiatives to standardize manufacturing processes, implement enterprise systems, and establish best practices that drive operational excellence and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate strategic objectives for master data harmonization initiatives (time studies, routings) across the organization Identify and evaluate synergies within ContiTech to achieve master data standardization goals Research and document best practices and innovative approaches from both internal and external sources Collaborate with engineering, operations, plant management, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic roadmaps Report project status and progress to senior management and steering committees on a regular basis Document lessons learned and disseminate best practices and knowledge throughout the community Drive the implementation of tools and systems required to support manufacturing routing structure and cost analysis Develop and implement manufacturing process standards to enhance process transparency and operational efficiency Ensure all standards are properly configured and integrated within the ERP system infrastructure Proven expertise in master data management (time studies, routings) and cost calculation tools Comprehensive production process knowledge for core manufacturing processes Strong management skills, tools, and techniques with demonstrated leadership experience Advanced ERP/SAP knowledge and system configuration experience Solid foundation in industrial engineering principles and practices Excellent communication skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques Fluent English language proficiency (written and verbal) Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives
