Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organisations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their UK-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimising production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and health and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations. Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for: Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow Optimising workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, ISO standards, and internal quality and safety policies Monitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, and planners Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventative actions Contributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements
