As a Photographer, you will be responsible for providing a high-level service to guests. This includes: Retail sales Quality customer service Gallery photo sales Printing reprints and lab operation Cost control Video shooting Photo shoots Events and weddings Assist guests in making purchases. Utilize selling techniques and skills to direct the passenger into buying the best photo packages available and upscale retail items. Participate in Kiosk operation, helping, assisting and promoting photo packages to guests. Arrive minimum of 5 min before gallery opening time and minimum of 5 min. b etc. REQUIEREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old Relevant ship experience is preferred Good level of English language Ship experience is preferred Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
