As a Spa Therapist , you will be responsible for delivering professional massage, facial, body, and beauty treatments to guests onboard, in accordance with the St. Somewhere Spa protocols. The role includes maintaining high standards of hygiene, guest satisfaction, and promoting home care and retail products. Perform professional massage, facial, body treatments and certified beauty services as scheduled. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment areas before and after each service. Recommend and promote spa products to support guest home care. Ensure all services are delivered within protocol timeframes and with consistent quality. Provide accurate and courteous responses to guest inquiries and special requests. Complete service documentation, intake forms, and treatment notes as required. Operate and clean spa equipment according to protocols. Maintain daily sanitation logs and follow infection control standards. etc. ⚓ REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old Relevant ship experience is preferred Good level of English language Ship experience is preferred Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
