Nodal seeks a talented and motivated applicant for the following role in Tysons Corner, VA (DC Metro area – hybrid role).
Market Data Associate or Market Data Senior Associate
In your role as Market Data Associate or Sr. Market Data Associate (Client Services), you will drive excellence and growth of Nodal’s market data business in North America through the development of our services, products and strategic partnerships. Title and level will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year base salary, when annualized
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service delivery and monitor B2B client platform performance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B client inquiries, managing the full ticket lifecycle, onboarding, and issue resolution alongside our European and U.S. technical teams.
- Collaborate with our market data teams in Europe during overlapping business hours
- Relationship management with existing and prospect market data clients and partners
- Advocate for the customer by identifying friction points and collaborating with product teams to improve client experience and operational workflows.
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to identify up-sell opportunities and inform the rollout of new SaaS/data products.
- Support of strategic projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B Customer Success, Client Services, SaaS Account Management, or a related client-facing role..
- Good understanding of business operations and procedures, with a ability to quickly grasp complex financial data, with prior experience in Fintech, commodity markets, or data-driven SaaS platforms highly preferred.
- Curiosity to want to learn from leadership, customers, and peers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High degree of reliability
- Independent, a self-starter and results-oriented working style
