What we are looking for 3 to 8+ years of multi-unit cafe, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-casual operations experience. Hands-on leadership style. High standards for cleanliness, speed, product quality, and hospitality. Ability to read numbers and turn them into action. Strong communicator who can be direct without creating drama. Comfortable operating in a startup environment with incomplete systems. Willing to work nights, weekends, early mornings, and emergencies when needed. No ego. Experience opening new locations is a major plus. Experience in high-volume urban stores is a major plus. Military, hospitality, or intense field-operations background is a plus.
