Junior / Medior | Remote in Portugal, preferably the Lisbon area | Hours: 32-40

Turn food insights into customer opportunities.

What makes a product stand out on a menu? How can a consumer trend become a relevant idea for a customer? And how do you bring that idea to life in a compelling presentation or product concept? If these questions spark your curiosity, join Farm Frites as our Marketeer YUM.

You will support the marketing activities for our YUM business, working closely with the account team and colleagues across Marketing, Product Management and R&D. From researching trends to preparing customer workshops and supporting product introductions, you will help turn ideas into practical action.

What will you do?

• Explore consumer, foodservice and QSR trends and translate your findings into useful insights for the account team.

• Create customer presentations, product stories and concept proposals that connect our products with customer needs.

• Support innovation projects and product introductions, coordinating marketing inputs, timelines and follow-up.

• Help prepare customer meetings, tastings and workshops, bringing together the right materials, samples and colleagues.

• Work with internal specialists to ensure that product information and marketing claims are accurate and approved.

• Keep activities organised, evaluate results and use what you learn to improve the next project.

A role that matches your experience

You may be at the start of your marketing career, or ready to take the next step after delivering your first projects. At junior level, you will develop your skills through clearly defined assignments and regular guidance. At medior level, you will independently coordinate agreed projects and take a more active role in developing recommendations. In both cases, curiosity, care and follow-through matter.

Working together internationally

You will be based remotely in Portugal, preferably in the Lisbon area, and work with colleagues across functions and markets. The role combines creative thinking with practical coordination. International travel may be part of the role for customer meetings, workshops or projects. Travel expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor-level working and thinking ability in marketing, business, food business or a related field, through education or relevant experience.

• Relevant marketing experience appropriate to your level. For a junior candidate, this can include internships; for a medior candidate, we look for experience delivering projects independently.

• A genuine interest in food, customer needs and consumer trends. Experience in foodservice or B2B marketing is a plus.

• The ability to make complex information clear and build engaging presentations with a well-supported message.

• An organised way of working: you keep track of details, meet deadlines and involve the right people.

• Strong English communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with international colleagues.

• A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to travel when projects require it.

Why join this role?

You will see how marketing supports a customer relationship from insight to proposition and from concept to launch. Your work will be used in real customer conversations, and you will collaborate with commercial and product specialists who bring different perspectives to the same opportunity.

This is an opportunity to broaden your marketing experience in an international food business, contribute your own ideas and build ownership of projects as your skills develop.
