Marketing Activation Specialist – Italy

Job Family Group: Marketing Group Job Description: The Marketing Activation Specialist will work closely with the Product, Brand and Comms, Customer and channel, Offer Development and Sales teams to deliver the activation plan for the portfolio. The role will support execution of marketing programmes to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets. The role will support the execution and deployment of marketing programmes in the designated geographies and lead workstreams within the programmes Work closely with Customer and Channel, Product, Brand & Communications, Offer development and Sales teams to adapt and deploy programmes and offers within the market Support development of the marketing activation plans for Italy and contribute actively on the development of European initiatives Deploy activation programmes customized to the target in the designated geography across channels / market space Support tactical marketing interventions within the designated geography Support MCO strategic initiatives related to route to market such as SuperShop project, or specific MCO consumer promotions/initiatives Accountable for delivering on activation KPIs Tracking & monitoring the activation performance and sharing key KPI data Work with agencies and RTM partners to plan detailed activation modules Ensuring Safe & Compliant on ground activations Ensure activation is to budget (ASP / JAF where applicable) and is in full compliance with finance and NPR processes Manage the deployment of merchandise & collateral for on-ground activations Act as BP Contract Accountable Manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout Education University degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent professional experience Experience Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales, with minimum 2 years’ marketing experience Experience of working in complex and challenging global organizations Project management and performance monitoring Ability to successfully build enduring and productive relationships with colleagues from a broad range of business disciplines Strong communication and presentation skills # Fluent in Italian and English languages both verbally and in writing Skills & Competencies Market Understanding - basic Performance Monitoring - skilful Project & relationship management – skilful Offer execution & growth - skilful Travel Requirement: Some travel may be required with this role, this is negotiable Relocation Assistance: This role is not eligible for relocation Remote Type: This position is a hybrid of office/remote working Skills: Advocacy, Brand Management, Business Acumen, Channel Management, Channel marketing activation, customer and competitor understanding, Customer Segmentation, Digital Innovation, Digital Marketing, Generating customer insights, Innovation Management, Listening, market, Offer and product knowledge, Offer Development, Partner relationship management, Sector, Translating strategy into plans . ​ Legal Disclaimer: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
