Why now
We are expanding into Hong Kong at the busiest moment the market has seen in five years. Eighty-five companies listed on HKEX in the first half of 2026 alone, with more than 500 in the queue behind them. Our clients, listed companies in Australia and now Hong Kong, require top performing financial marketers and PR professionals. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a marketing and administration all-rounder who can keep the entire investor relations operation running smoothly and nothing falling through the cracks.

Founded in January 2020, Investability is a boutique, full-service investor relations and capital markets communications firm. We selectively partner with high-conviction, high-potential listed and pre-IPO businesses across all sectors, but with a focus on natural resources, technology & AI and healthcare. We offer investor relations, financial PR, capital markets communications and investor-focused digital marketing, and are regarded as one of Australia’s premier consultancies in the space.
The consultancy has an existing presence across Australia (Sydney and Perth), is founder-led and execution-driven, offering close collaboration and high-impact outcomes for clients and shareholders.
We are now establishing in Hong Kong to serve HKEX-listed companies and to facilitate bilateral investment between Australia and Hong Kong.
The role
This is a broad, hands-on role that blends digital content production, marketing execution and admin / operations support across both Investability and our listed clients.
Content creation sits at the heart of it. You will edit videos and turn podcasts, webinars and interviews into polished, on-brand content quickly and to a high standard. But you will also create original graphics, distribute client news, keep our CRM and project boards in order, and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
We are looking for a fast, capable multitasker who moves between creative and operational work without dropping either — and who can take a style guide and produce original creative from it, not just fill in a template.
This role is based in Hong Kong and works closely with our Australia-based team and clients, so it needs strong overlap with Australian business hours: approximately 6:30am to 3:00pm Hong Kong time, to handle time-sensitive client announcements. It is an early start and we are upfront about that. The trade is that your afternoons are your own.
What you’ll do
Content Creation & Video Editing
- Edit video quickly and to a high standard — client webinars and interviews, Investability’s podcasts, and short-form clips.
- Edit and produce podcasts, working across audio systems and platforms such as Opus Clip, Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
- Design original, on-brand graphics and imagery in Canva, working from client and Investability style guides rather than templates.
- Repurpose existing content into short-form: clips, carousels, quote tiles and audiograms.
Client Marketing
- Distribute client ASX and HKEX announcements to digital and social channels, on time and before the market moves on.
- Create social content for client announcements, tailored to each client’s news-flow.
- Produce evergreen and ongoing client social content.
- Write and proof captions — dates, links and key investor messages checked and correct before anything reaches the team.
Investability Marketing
- Write and prepare blogs and newsletters.
- Create social posts for events and podcasts.
- Help build and maintain the social media plan, and lead on Investability’s own marketing when needed.
- Event management support.
Admin & Operations
- Be the lead on the CRM – our most important asset.
- Administer projects and workflow boards in Monday.com so tasks are tracked and finished.
- Update content on websites and other platforms.
- Coordinate conference invitations, registrations and client attendance.
- Support project work and the rollout of new systems.
- Assist with general administration, agendas and coordination across the team.
What you’ll bring
- Digital marketing expertise.
- Fast, high-quality video editing.
- A strong understanding of podcasts and the platforms they live on.
- Real design ability and an eye for detail - you can read a style guide and produce original creative from it.
- Genuine multitasking across marketing and operations, without either one slipping.
- Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Sharp attention to detail. Captions, dates, links and proofing are the difference between a professional client and an embarrassed one.
- Highly organised and self-managing - you keep your own to-do list and stay on top of it without being chased.
- Dependable, particularly given how much of this role runs remotely from our Australian team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and help across the team.
- Excellent written and spoken English, plus Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Hong Kong residency and the existing right to work here. This role is open to Hong Kong permanent residents and current visa holders only.
- Nice to have: ASX, HKEX or listed-company exposure - or a genuine willingness to learn it.
- Nice to have: comfort using AI tools such as Claude.
