Our client is a small, profitable, US-based company that connects growing US businesses with top LATAM talent and runs a separate team building AI automation tools. They move quickly and give people real ownership early.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing internship for a student who wants to learn AI-driven growth by doing it, not by watching a course. You will run social channels, post as the founder, and learn outreach and content skills that companies pay for. You will ship real work from week one. This role fits someone who is proactive, curious about AI, and ready to build a portfolio of real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Run social channels and post using AI tools.
• Engage the audience on LinkedIn by writing and posting as the founder.
• Run the same playbook on Reddit.
• Support growth for the AI tools team.
• Send personalized outreach messages to book meetings.
• Learn AI tools at a technical level, going past the surface to understand how they work.
• Learn cold email, outreach, content, and design.

Who You Are

• You study at a top university and want to work for a US company.
• You are excited about AI and already use AI tools.
• You write clearly in English.
• You are proactive and ship without waiting to be told.
• You want to learn skills companies pay for: outreach, content, design, AI.

Bonus Points

• You have run a social account before, personal or for a brand.
• Experience with AI writing or AI image tools.
• Design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
• You write good copy.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

• Within 30 days, you run the posting calendar on your own and your first LinkedIn and Reddit posts go live.
• Within 60 days, you own the outreach motion and book your first meetings.
• Within 90 days, you run the channel with light oversight and your numbers move (engagement, meetings booked).

Ongoing

• You consistently grow engagement and meetings booked each month.
• You independently manage the content calendar and outreach pipeline.
• You contribute ideas that improve the team's AI tools and marketing strategy.
