🚀 We’re hiring: Digital Marketing Analyst (B2B Lead Generation) | Hybrid – Medellín, Colombia

Arvenda connects pre-vetted LATAM talent with growing US businesses. We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Analyst to own our outbound lead generation engine end-to-end. If you think in pipeline rather than posts, excel at cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, landing page optimization, and leverage AI daily to scale US B2B acquisition, we want you on our team.

💼 Role: Digital Marketing Analyst · B2B Lead Generation

🌍 Location: Hybrid – Medellín, Colombia (3 days remote / 2 days on-site)

⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM COL)

💻 Core Tech / Industry: Email Automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, WordPress/Framer/Webflow, AI Tools / B2B Talent Solutions

What you’ll do:

• Own email outreach end-to-end: write persuasive sequences, build automations, and continuously test copy against reply and conversion rates
• Drive LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator to target US business owners and decision-makers
• Build, publish, and iterate landing pages and website content alongside the marketing lead
• Leverage modern AI tools daily to accelerate copywriting, campaign production, research, and workflows
• Define social media messaging, manage inbound conversations across channels, and route qualified leads to sales
• Keep CRM data organized, execution running clean, and track performance metrics (reply rates, CPL)
• Bring your own proposals and ideas on what to test, scale, or cut to hit monthly pipeline targets

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is based in Medellín, Colombia and fully available for a hybrid work schedule (3 days remote / 2 days on-site)
• Has 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, outbound outreach, and lead generation with verifiable metrics
• Possesses strong written English proficiency (B2 minimum) to write short, persuasive, direct copy for US business owners daily
• Has practical experience using CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and website builders (WordPress, Framer, or Webflow)
• Already integrates AI tools into their daily workflow for speed, research, and content generation
• Is data-driven and analytical, understanding why Cost Per Lead (CPL) and reply rates matter far more than vanity impressions
• Proactively brings ideas to the table without waiting for a brief
• Bonus: Has prior B2B experience, experience running cold email at scale to US markets, or hands-on skills with WordPress + Elementor
