We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team and help drive our growth in Turkish market.

We are searching for someone multidisciplinary by nature, curious, hands-on, and eager to grow. You will have exposure to paid media, analytics, and social media, because we believe great marketing professionals understand the full picture. What you’ll do:

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across different platforms, monitoring budgets, performance, and results.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing actions to maximize results.
• Set up and monitor tags, events, and conversions through Google Tag Manager, ensuring high-quality data collection.
• Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs using Google Analytics and other tracking tools, generating reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Plan, develop, and manage social media content strategies in Turkish, considering brand objectives and local audience behavior.
• Monitor trends, formats, and opportunities across social media platforms, proposing initiatives to increase reach and engagement.
• Develop and propose marketing campaigns and content aligned with the game's characteristics and the interests of the Turkish gaming audience.
• Monitor the results of implemented initiatives, evaluate their impact, and propose continuous improvements.
• Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, paid media, social media, and gaming audience behavior.
• Leverage your knowledge of the game, its mechanics, and its community to develop increasingly effective marketing strategies and content.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent Turkish and advanced English.
• Passion for Bombom and Gunbound games style.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms).
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
• Experience with social media management and content planning.
• Experience with data analysis and generating insights to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns while monitoring KPIs and results.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable initiatives.
• Creativity to develop campaigns and content tailored to the gaming audience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.
• A hands-on, curious, proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow.
