Collaborate proactively with regional and global digital units to implement best practices, as well as to identify and overcome friction points in the digital user journey.

- Data-Driven Budget Management & Reorganization: oversee, track and methodically manage the local marketing budget allocation across channels. Proactively propose structured budget reorganizations based on historical performance metrics to maximize efficiency, while handling invoices, PO creation and strict cost-control reporting.

- Marketing Information & Asset Structure: organize, classify, and manage internal marketing information, shared folders, documentation and reporting archives. Ensure all historical marketing assets, data reports and operational files are perfectly structured, updated, and easily accessible to the team.

- Strategic Planning & Presentation Support: synthesize complex data streams into high-quality and easy-to-understand presentations for internal stakeholders and management. Provide data-backed recommendations to support the development, structure and alignment of local marketing plans.
