Marketing and Admin Associate - REMOTE

· Provide administrative support to the broker, including client follow-ups, scheduling meetings, coordinating property tours, and managing calendars.

· Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings, client records, and transaction files with a high level of accuracy and organization.

· Track invoices, commissions, expenses, and client payments while maintaining accurate internal records.

· Assist in preparing commercial real estate documents, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), offering memorandums, lease proposals, and other transaction-related documents (training provided).

· Coordinate marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, property brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional materials.

· Manage the company's social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across multiple channels.

· Assist with graphic design, video editing, and content creation for digital marketing campaigns (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred).

· Update and maintain the company website and online property listings to ensure information is current and accurate.

· Conduct market research and gather property, demographic, and competitive data to support brokerage and marketing efforts.

· Coordinate marketing campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation.

· Organize company files, digital assets, and marketing materials using cloud-based platforms.

· Communicate professionally with clients, landlords, tenants, vendors, and business partners via phone, email, and other communication channels.

· Perform additional administrative, marketing, and operational duties as assigned to support the growth of the brokerage.
