Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing campaigns across various channels, analyzing performance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various channels.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, content marketing, search engine optimization, and offline initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Content and Creative Oversight
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and external agencies to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Ensure all content and visuals align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Communicate campaign plans and results to stakeholders and team members.
- Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand position and voice across all platforms.
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners to increase brand exposure.
- Budgeting:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Customer Insights and Data Analysis
- Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and purchasing patterns to refine target audiences and personalize campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and increase campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, with proven experience in a managerial role in the non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing and content strategy.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms
Working Conditions:
- Possible hybrid office environment, with travel for events, conferences, marketing events or customer meetings.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.

Work Schedule
Hours and workdays will vary to accommodate the needs of ICM. Flexibility to work on occasional evenings and weekends in support of ICM events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives. Travel is an essential function of this position.
ICM actively participates in community outreach, networking events, conferences, resource fairs, career fairs, educational events, and community partnerships throughout Arkansas.
Because many community events occur outside of traditional business hours, this position requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
