Marketing and Website Manager

Location: Remote Argentina

Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Focus: Email, SMS, website merchandising, promotions, and launch execution

About the Role

Mini Katana https://minikatana.com/ is looking for a Marketing & Website Manager to oversee the execution of our promotional calendar, email and SMS campaigns, Shopify merchandising, and product launches.

You will coordinate multiple team members and ensure that inventory, product pages, photography, pricing, email, SMS, and content are properly aligned before each launch. This is a hands-on management role for someone who can keep several marketing and website workstreams organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

Email and SMS

• Own and maintain the promotional marketing calendar.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review email and SMS campaigns before launch.
• Coordinate copy, design, product details, and promotional information.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend additional sends when needed.
• Oversee Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, and lifecycle programs.
• Support SMS strategy and campaign execution.
• Coordinate major promotional periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Website and Merchandising

• Own final website and merchandising quality assurance.
• Review new product listings before publication.
• Maintain product naming and pricing standards.
• Confirm Shopify templates, tags, collections, SEO, and product types.
• Coordinate website updates and troubleshoot Shopify or integration issues.
• Monitor website performance during major launches and promotions.

Launch Management

• Connect inventory availability with marketing and launch dates.
• Confirm whether products are in stock, on preorder, on presale, or delayed.
• Adjust campaigns when inventory timelines change.
• Ensure product pages, inventory, photography, email, SMS, and content are ready before launch.
• Escalate launch risks and support go-or-no-go decisions.
• Manage and coordinate the people responsible for campaign, design, website, and launch deliverables.

Requirements

• At least three years of e-commerce marketing or website-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify merchandising and product launches.
• Experience using Klaviyo for campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with Postscript or another SMS platform is preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple team members.
• Strong project-management, communication, and quality-control skills.
• Strong written English and close attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with team members based in Asia.
