Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Designer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. You will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing videos, growth-focused creatives, and social media content for our AI-powered mobile apps, with a primary focus on the TennisCut application. Your work will directly influence user acquisition, brand perception, and how our products show up across paid ads, social platforms, and app stores. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing to experiment, iterate fast, and turn creative ideas into measurable growth.

Daily tasks include:

• Creating short-form videos for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels)
• Generating creative ideas, hooks, and concepts for performance-driven campaigns
• Editing and iterating marketing videos based on performance feedback
• Creating and publishing content for social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Managing basic social media workflows such as scheduling and consistency
• Designing marketing visuals (store assets, social graphics, landing visuals)
• Contributing to and evolving the brand’s visual identity
• Collaborating with product teams to align visuals with app positioning and growth goals

Qualifications

• Strong experience creating marketing or growth-focused videos
• Proficiency in using AI tools for visual creation
• Solid foundation in graphic and visual design principles
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills to share ideas and work cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in a remote, early-stage startup environment

Bonus Skills

• AI Proficiency: Experience using generative AI tools for video, image, or creative production
• UI/UX Bonus: Familiarity with Figma and basic UI/UX workflows
• Social Media Experience: Prior experience managing or growing social media accounts
• Mobile Product Experience: Experience creating visuals for mobile apps or consumer products
