Our products collectively reach more than a half-million new users every month in the US market alone. Our team works in hybrid model with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul. We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience. We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an exceptional Marketing Artist who will help us shape the future of mobile. What we are looking for: University Degree preferably in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or related field Experienced with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Figma and CapCut. Experienced in using AI tools for creative workflows Understanding of design and animation principles Understanding of video sound effects Understanding of why people are attracted to a certain content and how to hook them Self-motivation, good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment Creative and hacker mindset who is eager to learn and grow continuously Able to quickly implement trending app mechanics, Your responsibilities will be: Creating engaging videos for product-related marketing campaigns including images, animated motion graphics, and other online advertising media units Be responsible for the production of video ads and images for the applications we develop Adjust and create artworks for marketing videos Working together with an experienced and dynamic growth team Optimize design workflow by creating templates Follow and analyse recent trends and develop new ideas What we offer: Opportunity to make an impact on millions of global users' life and the future of mobile Chance to be a part of a passionate and driven team where everyone’s ideas are valued A hybrid work environment with 3 days a week at the Kabataş Istanbul office Extra 5 days of PM1 paid vacation from the first year, increasing with seniority Performance-based bonus paid twice a year Ability to own a stock option after the first year Private health insurance package Lunch and transportation allowance Reimbursement package for any education, course, sports activities, hobbies, etc. A Macbook, iPhone, magic mouse, magic keyboard, and any other hardware that you need to deliver your best work.
